Days Inn Fort Myers should have been demolished and started over.

The lights did not work. The TV set's color went out. We were only allowed one hand towel--the towels were small, rough and thin; and the 'bath soap' was miserably small. The front desk personnel were aloof at best.

The Days Inn chain needs to remodel and keep their facilities clean.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff of the hotel is in need of an update; the facility is worn out.

It was located in a very unsecured area. There were truck drivers bringing in prostitutes, the people looked very suspect! A young boy raised a hammer to our window, like he was going to hit it. The pool area was disgustingly filthy with garbage.

This hotel made me feel excited: We felt relaxed after coming back from sightseeing.

I probably won't pick the Fort Myers Days Inn again because we might have possibly stayed somewhere a little nicer for about the same amount of money. It didn't quite make the grade compared to other Days Inns in which we have stayed.
