Horrible
We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and they ran out of clean towels both nights. We never had any towels in our room at all and when we ask they had none. The tub would not drain and the room was not all that clean. We will never stay again.

The first room had mold in bathroom, remote did not work, the door would not lock from outside. When we went to get another room, the three clerks were rude and hateful, although they were nice when we first arrived, maybe because owners were there. Second room had spiderwebs, had to kill spiders first thing. toilet would not flush and the paper holder was ripped off of the wall and if you do not mind bathing with crickets; a/c did not cool the whole room only right next to bed. I felt like it was because I was using triprewards, that we were treated in such a bad manner. We were also told that those two rooms were the only ones available to us, I believe that was because we were not MONEY PAYING CUSTOMERS at that time. We did not feel safe on that property, people of questionable characters were running around the property all hours of the day and night!!

I have stayed there many times and I have had no major problems so far. I stay here because they accept pets and the rooms and the comfort are about the same as elsewhere. There was also lots of places to eat close by.

Mediocre
It didn't help that there were so many other cleaner, nicer looking hotels around. The staff was nice, but I didn't like the room at all. The FIRST one looked like someone got sick in the sink. They moved me to another one where the floor was uneven ...
