The location is a little hard to find, and hard get to. The parking lot does not have as many spaces as there are rooms so you may have to park elsewhere.

It was a great location. You can walk to the harbor or downtown or the light rail, plus there is a small store nearby. The views are nice, parking is convenient and easy. The value is awesome.
I am very likely
to return to the Days Inn San Diego/Downtown/Convention Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

From the rude and unhelpful front desk staff, to the 2 coaroches we found in our room, to the broken jacuzzi, and the misleading littlest patio in the world, and the worst continental breakfast ever, I don't know where to start! I would never stay...

Okay
not exactly a destination hotel, but definitely passable: clean room, clean bathroom, clean sheets, comfy beds. staff didn't appear to hate life that much. the ironing board didn't fold up all the way.
