I WISH I HAD READ THE PREVIOUS REVIEW 1ST. ALMOST THE SAME INCIDENT HAPPENED TO US. VERY RUDE STAFF, NO APOLOGIES FROM THE HOUSEKEEPER OR FRONT DESK. I THINK THAT THE POST SAYING THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO STEAL FROM ROOM MIGHT BE CORRECT, WHY WOULD A MALE HOUSEKEEPER COME INTO THE ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING, JUST BURST IN, WITH A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR AT 9AM, CHECK OUT AT NOON SO NOT LIKE WE WERE DEFINITELY GONE. HE WAS TRYING TO PULL SOMETHING, AND NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE, BUT I HAVE NEVER EVER SEEN A MALE HOUSEKEEPER, LET ALONE IN STREET CLOTHES, USED A PASS KEY, SO MUST HAVE ACCESS TO MANAGEMENT....???
