My wheelchair friendly room was not available at check in. In the morning the staff seemed ignorant about their own facilities (wheelchair accessibility).

We have stayed at this hotel twice before and we like the location--however they do not have continental breakfast and yet a night's stay is the same as other hotels that do.... We had short notice of the trip and this was the only place available.
