Me and my wife came down to watch our son graduate the air force at lackland. we stayed at the days inn 6010 NWLoop 410 we stayed there thursday Feb 12th thur Sun 14th saturday my laptop computer was stolen. I receive no help on recovering it. House
Customer service was really poor. I had called the front office to confirm my room. The phone just kept ringing. Once I finally arrive I waited over 20 minutes to get checked in. The receptionist stayed on the phone looking at me while I waited....
good location. Walls are paper thin. It feels as if the workers outside are talking to you. Hard to get a good night sleep. Haven to loud birds and one annoying dog.
