42 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The clerk ignored out room request and placed us on different floors. The downstairs door wouldn't stay closed even after the repair person came to look at it. The rooms smelled horrible. The carpet was coming off of the floors. The floors were uneven. There was trash in the walkways and in the yard. The air went out in one of the rooms. One room had a fridge/microwave, the other didn't. When we requested a room change because the door wouldn't stay closed, we lost the fridge/microwave and the air wouldn't wait. They told us that the repair person would be there in 30 minutes. He still hadn't shown up the next morning when we left. Overall, it was a horrible experience. Next time we are in San Antonio, we will pay a lot more and stay downtown.
