I have stayed at Days Inns before, but I have noticed that when they are franchised, the owners seem to hire inadequate housekeepers. I used to be one and good at it. These maids today make horrible beds (if they change the linen).
The staff made proof of an exceptional courtesy on behalf of the receptionist/desk clerk (male).
