The location next to a nice residential neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay.The facilities are showing some age and could use more stringent maintenance. A nice basic motel that is enhanced by its setting in a nice residential neighborhood.

There wasn't a problem with parking that happens often with motels.Our room was over stuffed with furniture. The motel was nice and clean. It was near the freeway entrance which was nice and a few blocks from Denny's. There wasn't a restaurant...

Horrible
The Manager/Owner does not smile, you are treated as a 'payee'. I now remember the saying, "you get what you pay for". Rooms are in bad shape, staff are unfriendly, good if you only need a place to sleep.
