44 year old male with an economy budget, traveling for leisure
I would not recommend an Exel Inn hotel to anyone after my experience at their Rockford facility. Though my needs and concerns as a disabled person were assured prior to the booking, upon arrival it was apparent that this was not true. The room was quite small and I was unable to use the bathroom as my wheelchair would not fit. The Rockford facility manager contacted his supervisor in regards to my dissatisfaction. The reply he received and forwarded to me was that there was nothing that could be done about the problem and that they do not market their rooms to disabled persons. I not stay in any Exel Inn hotel in the future nor would I recommend them to anyone.
I am not likely
to return to the Days Inn Rockford.

63 year old female with an economy budget, traveling for leisure
I had the opportunity to stay at the same Exel Inn in December 2005. The 'stays' were a week apart and both stays were most enjoyable. The staff was most cordial.
