Days Inn Rochester Hotel - Page 1

It is a good place to stay. I will stay again.

I disliked the attitude of the desk clerk, the faulty lock, the fact that the TV did not work and that there was no proper water supply in the tub and the shower.

I liked everything about the hotel.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: When I went in things were all ready. We got to the room and things looked great and no one bugged us during our stay. It was nice having coffee in the morning.

This hotel was among the grossest experiences of my life. The windows didn't open so it was like sleeping in a moldy sauna. The shower didn't drain. The bed sheets had hair all through them. When I called the front desk the woman who answered said I was out of luck and there was no cleaning crew available. We were only given 2 towels for 4 people and were not allowed anymore. Also the room had a sickening chemical smell that was so bad, we had to prop the door open with a chair. We left the next day and went to the Holiday Inn, which was very nice.

Everything was fine.
