the front desk representative was not as friendly as I thought, I was a little bit rude. The room, even though was a not smoking one, smelled like cigarette all around. For our surprise the "continental breakfast" was very good, I would say quite...
Chose hotel because it was listed as one mile from hospital for my daughter's surgery. It was more than a mile away. Arrived late, and did not see dirt until morning. Guest services said the door was locked and could not replace my scummy, mildewed shower curtain. Heard them tell someone else that they had no cribs. Carpet very dirty, and had not been vacuumed in a while. Would not use the in room coffee pot because it was so dirty. Husband noticed a 2.00 charge slipped in on the bill for the use of the safe. Would not let my children walk on the carpet without their shoes. The Denny's restaurant in front of the hotel was equally dirty.

I found an uneaten TV dinner in the microwave, hair in corners of bathroom, dust on vanity and coffee maker, dirty tissues behind bed side table, and the worst, a fresh dry crusty bloodstain on the sheet. Were sheets even changed? We left, unsure if our credit card was charged.

Bought as part of a package with airline tickets and thought it was a pretty good place to stay for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

It was chosen for the location near the conference host hotel. The price was a great deal. The bathroom was a bit small, the light over the sink did not always work, but overall, it did the job. The continental breakfast was great!

the fitted bottom sheets were too small for the mattress and popped off; cheap mattress pads bunched beneath the sheets; very worn blankets needed to be replaced; no furniture or even a simple luggage...
