The manager took extra time to explain the newer rewards points program both at check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nice for the amount paid.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked that it was well maintained.

They need to improve their service.

The staff was not very cordial. I requested more towels for those staying in the room and they told me that since it was after 8 PM there was no cleaning staff on site and the only employee was the one working the front desk and they could not leave to bring towels. I asked if I may come get them and they replied, "No, we'll try to get someone else to bring you some. Weren't there some when you entered the room?" I stated that there was but I would appreciate two more since we had showered earlier in the day when we first arrived after an 11-hour road trip. The towels were never delivered. The next morning I requested an iron and it took nearly 45 minutes for someone to bring one to the room. Again I had asked if I could come get it myself and was told no, someone would deliver it. This the poorest service I have ever experienced while staying in a hotel especially since I was willing to come to the front desk to retrieve the items myself. I will never stay here again.

I loved the wonderful staff, they were very friendly and efficient. However, the beds were uncomfortable because they sag in the middle.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I liked the nice setting, the efficient check-in, and the well-equipped room.
