The attention and service from the desk clerk was poor from the very start. The room service was terrible. There was not even a coffee maker in the room. It smelled, the toilet was not working properly and there was no ventilation in the bathroom.
We were sent to the second floor in back of the hotel when there seemed to be vacant rooms on the first floor or in the front of the hotel. There is no elevator on this hotel and we would have had to drag the luggage upstairs. Only after begging the one who seemed to be the manager did we get a room on the first floor.
Certainly this hotel was not worthy of the price paid and we will never stay in it again nor will we ever recommend it to any one. It needs lots of improvement.
