Days Inn Resort Crystal River Hotel

When we arrived, I was told check-in would be later than what I had thought, but that since we were already there, they would let us check in. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very roomy and clean. The maid service was excellent, as were the workers themselves.

The location is good, it's close to a lot of things. We would definitely stay here again! If you are in the mood for a great burger, head North up Hwy 19 3-minutes to Cracker's Bar, Grill & Tiki. Oh my gosh, wonderful!

The attention and service from the desk clerk was poor from the very start. The room service was terrible. There was not even a coffee maker in the room. It smelled, the toilet was not working properly and there was no ventilation in the bathroom.

We were sent to the second floor in back of the hotel when there seemed to be vacant rooms on the first floor or in the front of the hotel. There is no elevator on this hotel and we would have had to drag the luggage upstairs. Only after begging the one who seemed to be the manager did we get a room on the first floor.

Certainly this hotel was not worthy of the price paid and we will never stay in it again nor will we ever recommend it to any one. It needs lots of improvement.

We always choose Days Inns first because they were always up to par. We had a minor misunderstanding on our last trip reservations. However, it was settled in a friendly and timely fashion.

It was a very pleasant short stay. I have stayed at Days Inn several times and have always been pleased.

This hotel's location was good, advice given by the staff was good, and comfort and services were good.
