Terrible room, didn't get a non-smoking room

53 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Internet booked a non smoking room. Was given a smoking room and management would not change it. Booked room for two days and after about one hour in that room I could not stay another minute. The room had missing handles on the dressers. TV remote did not work. The sink was stopped up. The shower heads was pluged up. There were cigarette butt still on the floor. Management would not take the second day off the bill. I will never book or stay in another Days In.
