The service at this hotel was top notch. Coming from a big city where speed is everything, it was a nice change to get some friendly service where people took the time to ask how was your day. It was indicative of being in a smaller town. The kids enjoyed the pool and water slides while I was able to enjoy the peace and relative quietness. The rooms were a bit small but it was full of clean sheets and covers. You even get a complimentary breakfast to go along with your stay. This hotel was a pleasure to stay at.

Days Inn in Red Deer, Alberta proves once again that good things can be found in the smaller cities. Its not always about the big name brand and in case of hotels the big cities. This hotel provides one of the best services that you can possibly find. Service staff cleans up well, fulfills request almost immediately and they offer different locations within the hotel for you to spend your time. Sure the location is a bit out there, but in today's society, service is greater than location. I still remember my first day there the receptionist looked at me and told me I looked tired. Then she suggested that I go take a dip in the pool and freshen up. Personally, I've never heard that before, but it was good observation on their part for noticing that and it shows that they care about me. For me, I love it when I get good quality service and this place definitely provides it.

We stayed at Red Deer for 4 nights during our stay here in Alberta. It was a really nice place to stay. It really gave us a welcoming feeling, made us feel like home. The rooms were very clean and spotless. There were free cookies at the check in, which was very nice of them. The staffs were all very friendly and kind. The free breakfast was very good and enjoyable. There was also a very nice pool and waterslide for us to use. There was even a workout area for us to use. It had everything we needed while being away from home. It was located near restaurants around the area. Overall it was a great place to stay and will recommend this to others.

I was so impressed with the service of the staff. They were friendly, quick and helpful. The rooms were very clean and very cozy. Also,I was amazed by all the activities to do inside the hotel. There was a swimming pool, game room and a gym!! The cleaning staff was so on top of everything I felt like I was in the comfort of my own home.
