The TV volume did not work and the TV was turned up way too loud. Other than that, it was a good stay.

I chose this hotel because of the convenience of free internet and traffic. The room is clean, easy park, and quite convenient to take MAX directly to downtown Portland without driving. Generally speaking, it is a decent hotel but the Manager makes me crazy. I guess he takes care this hotel 24 hours a day, and 6 days a week. So he is pretty impolite in communication with clients.

When I check in, no eyes contact & rough inquires. Forget this guy, I believe it still is a good place to stay.

I like that it was close to the airport and that they had a shuttle. I did not like the part of town it was located in, as there was only one restaurant nearby. The staff was very friendly, though.

This hotel made me feel content: I felt I got a good value for my money.

The service, the food and the personal attention were all very desirable.

The check in was fine. The hotel was surrounded by a privacy fence which was nice. The room itself, however, was dirty. The carpet was clearly not clean.
