I recently stayed at the Days Inn of Port Huron and (for the price) had a very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. It must have gone through some renovations, because carpeting looked new, and bed and pillows were very comfortable. I'll go back again!

The beds were entirely uncomfortable; I didn't get any sleep the entire weekend. I switched rooms and the beds were still uncomfortable, although not as bad as those in the first room. The staff was very courteous, though.
