Hotel staff is really good here. The rooms are clean and plenty of towels. The elevator really needs to have the carpet taken out - it reeks of smoke. The continental breakfast could use a bit more.. maybe some fresh fruit or muffins.

Arriving at the hotel there is trash outside the front door. The lobby reeked of smoke.The room was dirty, There was approximately $2 worth of change left in a nightstand drawer. Bathroom was dirty.

The one elevator went out on 2nd day of 6 day stay. Our party had two 4th floor rooms. Two of us are handicapped. Misery. Next day we moved to 1st floor, another 4 flight walk. Housekeeping was sloppy. No clean bath mat two days. Coffee pot unwashed ...
