It was in a perfect location and very close to the event we went to. It was very comfortable and had good service. It was a very good value and had clean rooms. They had everything we needed, refrigerator, microwave, queen beds, and a disabled accommodating room and bathroom.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The hotel was newer than expected and was more classy than expected.

I am very likely to return to the Days Inn Plano.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

30 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

We ordered a smoking room, and did not get it at first. My husband complained, so our option was to take a downgraded room to get an option we had already prepaid for. The housekeeping attendants asked us if it would put us out if they only gave us fresh towels and not clean while we were there for three nights. They would empty the trash as well though.

I am very likely to return to the Days Inn Plano.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. The only negative thing was that the cleaning ladies were very loud in the morning.
