The room was very clean and the cleaning lady was very nice. The only trouble that I had was that I booked a first floor king room but they were remodeling them. Instead I received a fifth floor room which was even better because it was more private.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They told me about surrounding attractions and they gave me information on how to book seats.

This one does not have microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms. It does have a refrigerator and, also, clean rooms and great maids.

The bathroom was very clean, and the rooms were OK. They did not have a coffee maker in the room, nor a continental breakfast. They didn't have facial tissues in the room, nor did the TV remote work. You have to pay a deposit for the phone to be turned on even for local calls. So, in order to call and order a pizza, you have to go to the desk, and pay a deposit to call a few blocks down the street. No thanks, I'll just drive. It's much less of a hassle. The refrigerators need to be updated, they’re very old. And why can't they fit under the sink counter out of the way instead of taking up all the counter space? We won't be staying here again.

I had a pleasant experience at this motel. It was very clean and comfortable and a good price for what I got. The location is excellent because it is right on the main road.

The quality of the room was not as I expected at all. I have had much better experiences with other Days Inn motels. This one was just not up to my standards and I was disappointed.

The people at front desk were not as friendly in person as when I had made reservation over the phone. There were three hot tubs and only one of those was safe. The housekeeping staff was great, very helpful and accommodating.

Days Inn is the most efficient, comfortable, and convenient motel/hotel I have ever stayed. My stays have ranged from dumps to four-star, but the price-to-performance ratio of Days Inn excels.

This hotel made me feel important: They treated me like a valued customer.

The room we stayed in had a smell, like a cat had sprayed the entire room. We didn't say anything because it was 3:00 AM, we were tired and that was the second Days Inn we tried. I did say something when we checked out, but it seemed she didn't care, so we left and said we won't stay there again.

I enjoyed this hotel's great service.

We stay at Days Inn Pigeon Forge because they are usually a safe, clean place to visit.

All hotels aren't worth the money and it was a standard hotel.

Like the secure entrances that require a room key to enter non-public areas.
