Found out the hard way that some RRI hotels are franchise and some are privately owned. This one is private. I instructed RRI in Tucson to change my reservations at this RRI and when I got there they had charged me for a no show and wouldn't refund my money. The hotel was tired and run down, hookers walking around the area, etc. I had previously thought RRI was a good value. Now you couldn't get me to stay in a RRI if you paid me.
