Good
My room was good. It was clean. It was a good room for the money. While there I saw work still going on in some of the rooms. Overall I would say my stay was good. I suggest you try to stay in front building.

Found out the hard way that some RRI hotels are franchise and some are privately owned. This one is private. I instructed RRI in Tucson to change my reservations at this RRI and when I got there they had charged me for a no show and wouldn't refund my money. The hotel was tired and run down, hookers walking around the area, etc. I had previously thought RRI was a good value. Now you couldn't get me to stay in a RRI if you paid me.

The staff was knowledgeable about restaurants in the area and check in was efficient and quick. Its a great place to stay. I would stay there again if in the area.
I am very likely
to return to the Days Inn Phoenix and Conference Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Mediocre
Remodeled hotel but holes in the shower stall wall. Had to ask for towels (none in room). No remote (had to get one out of storage). Worn out hotel, look elsewhere if possible.
