They showed me great kindness when checked in and helped me get my coffee in the morning. I am an older person with trouble walking, so their kindness really made me feel welcome. I like to go to a hotel/motel every so often so to get away from the dail.
This hotel made me feel respected: They treated me with kindness and helped me to my room and over night bag, even though they knew was there for the night.
