45 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
There was not enough towels in the room (every day). The curtain rod was missing a bracket on one side.

There was no internet service. Also, there was only one towel in the bathroom, for a room with two queen beds. The price ($65) was $20 higher than a comparable best western 20 miles away.
