The hotel was difficult to access. I reserved a smoking room, but I was given a non smoking room. They had no real amenities.

The location was close to bypass and relatives.

I'm shocked at the other reviews. We stayed one night. The sheets were old and worn out. The pillows smelt so bad we tossed them to the floor, there was hair and general dirt on floors, the pool was closed, as well as other health dept. violations! And to beat it all, I was bitten 3 times by spiders while in bed!

It's not a very well-kept hotel--not at all what I was expecting. It would have been nice to have been pleasantly surprised, but that did not happen. Also, my door key did not work and I had to walk to the office 3 times before I could get back into my room.

This hotel made me feel important: The manager served under a most difficult time of the year and went out of her way to accommodate the needs of about 30 people stuck there during a major storm.
