The desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. I was given a large room. There was a reasonable rate for the room.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk clerk at check-in was very pleasant. We had a coupon and asked about any senior discounts offered. She told us the coupon was the best value. She gave us the kind of room we wanted in a good location. A different desk clerk was there upon check-out. She was very nice to us also.
