traveling with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room was ok, but the air conditioning was iffy at best. The hotel outside of our room was below expectations. This was a very nice hotel at one time but has been allowed to slide into ill repair. Non of the security locks into the pool and co
We took a soccer team down there for a team camp, and we stayed here for one night. The front clerk was a bitty that kept snapping at her poor little girl, that wasn't even doing anything wrong. When we asked if our rooms were inside the gal asked if we had requested them when we had booked our rooms, and we had, (even if we hadn't why couldn't they have given us inside rooms the hotel was empty wasn't like they were scrambling to find inside rooms) so she finally gave them up, we had also asked for non smoking rooms, and when we got in them they reeked. Rooms weren't the greatest, but you get what you pay for. The next morning after we had left about 12 out of 17 of us had bites all over us, and what can bite that many people in 5 different rooms? UMM gee bed bugs? All the girls had to take our pillows and blankets home and wash them hoping we didn't bring the little friends home with us. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me!!

The room was shabby and needed a good cleaning. The walls were stained and paint was pealeing in the bathroom. This has been a nice place at one time but has had poor upkeep. The beds were clean. The pool area was nice, but there appeared to be...
32 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We take a snowmobile trip every year and stay at different hotels which have a pool and jacuzzi. This hotel has both but the floating items in the jacuzzi would keep a rat away. The bathroom from the upper floor leaked into our rooms. The heaters would not heat higher than 62 degrees and would run all night blowing cold air if you left it on.. The pictures depicting the hotel must have been taken after a remodel as they do not depict its currant state. The beds in the rooms are worn out and are in need of replacement. Every morning for three days the breakfast tables where dirty and when an employee would walk past they would not clean them. The fitness area I would stay completely away from unless you are looking for a lawsuit against the hotel. The fitness equipment is broken or in very poor condition which would cause more harm then good if you used it. As we had booked this stay through Grouple the charges where taken care of. The day we tried to check out the front desk help demanded we pay. This employee was not about to call anyone about the charges until I had Grouple call them. Overall STAY AWAY!!!!!
