47 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The location and the comfort were fine. The service was mediocre. We had many problems with the charging of the rooms, we had money taken off bank cards that should not have been and the staff was extremely reluctant to do anything, even though it was their mistake.

The people at the counter were pleasant. When I'm in the area I usually stay there. It’s a clean hotel, and the price is right.
This hotel made me feel respected: I've been to a lot of hotels, where I get the feeling like they don't think I can afford it. I've never got that feeling here.

24 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
The front desk staff was not helpful. There were no full size towels in our room and the staff could not provide any before we had to leave. The room was standard, not exceptional, but not sub par. The room and bathroom were clean.

Everything was good. They didn't treat me like I was a terrorist.

26 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
The room was paid for by someone else and there was no place on the website to allow for a different name for check in, so it took a lot of pleading to check in. Then when I left, I paid cash but they charged the room to my card anyway.

63 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel was quiet, had a good deal on long term parking, and secure. It's a fine place to stay near Oakland Airport and for keeping one's car while away.
