Staff was friendly, cooperative, and courteous. A lot of non-critical maintenance seemed to have been deferred. (Examples would be the fact that drains in bathtubs didn't drain well and areas where moisture might accumulate on walls and piping hadn't been dusted in so long that they were covered with black dust accumulations.) We also wound up with some smoking rooms, which is pretty unacceptable for a high school athletic team. Bedding, linen, and floors were clean. Continental breakfast was OK. Price was commensurate with what we got. Other schools attending national championships stayed at nearby hotels, had better rooms, and paid more than twice as much.
I agree with all the negatives. Lots of long term residents- even their hibachis were rusty, poor housekeeping despite daily tipping (and what ever did happen to my bracelet and ring...and the shirts that disappeared from another person's...

The location is excellent as it is central to several restaurants as well as Wal-Mart and Kmart. The service was excellent. Our only problem was intermittent cable reception.

They had an inefficient staff in the office. The room was not cleaned sufficiently. There were worn out linens on the bed. The floors were extremely dirty and unsanitary.
