I checked in, dropped off my bags and went to meet my family for dinner.
When we returned and were getting ready to cozy for the night I noticed my husband and I both were having allergic reactions to the room. We decided to take something for allergies and tough it out. Well in about an hour my eyes were red and itchy and starting to swell. I went to the front desk and inquired about another room or a room at another location. I was told they could not give me another room or move me, but my stay would be free of charge. So I checked out a mere 4 hours later. I was charged in full.
And when I called to inquire about charges was told "you rented the room, too bad it made you sick", "Nobody else complains about the room."
