We had a toilet back up and the owner of this inn, who lived in an apartment there, said the only thing she could do about the problem was to move us to another room that was not a non-smoking room. She also said she could give me a plunger to fix the problem and towels to dry the floor. After a lot of complaining she called one of her employees in to fix the problem. When I complained to Days Inn I never heard anything back from them.

I like this Day's Inn on IH-35 and Weidner/O'Connor Road in San Antonio. The staff is efficient, the rates are very reasonable, and the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. I stay here frequently.
