This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was clean and well kept. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The linens clean and fresh. The continental breakfast started at a convenient hour and had a good assortment of foods and beverages to choose from.

I love Holiday Inn Express and they are the nicest desk staff I have yet experienced!
This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk staff were very secure in the payment dealings and were helpful in anything my husband and I needed. We were left alone when we wanted to be. I've dealt with Holiday Inn Express before and have always had superb customer service and event planning services.

On a road trip from Dallas to Key West, we usually stop for the night approximately midway on the trip (around Pensacola, Fl). I have stayed at the same Holiday Inn Express approximately 6-8 times in the past 5 years.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
