Terrible

23 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was difficult to find, and once we finally got there, the staff at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and borderline rude, answering questions such as "are there any good sea food restaurants nearby" with a single word answer (by the way, the answer to that question was no). They even had difficulty giving us directions to the beach front (which is nearly 20 mins away). I had to go down to the office a second time after the keycards they gave me didn't work. Instead of simply reprogramming the cards, they gave me the 3rd degree, asking if I was sure I had used the card right and if I was sure I was at the right room and then asking to see my receipt and driver's license (I had checked in no more than 10 mins ago). Throughout the night, we had strange people banging on our door and on the nearby rooms. The next morning, I called the front desk to ask whether they had express checkout, and the man who answered said "yes" and then hung up the phone.
The bottom line is, if you need a place to sleep on your way to your final destination, this hotel will provide it with an uncomfortable bed, barely working AC units, dirty bathrooms and a cigarette smoke filled room. But if you're looking for a place to stay while you're on your beach vacation, get ready for terrible customer service and a lot of driving to get to anything, including the beach and good restaurants.

Horrible Experience!

This hotel is terrible! The rooms are dirty and smell of mildew. The housekeeping staff are rude and obnoxious. It is definitely an unsafe place at night where people spit on you from upper floors when you stand on the balcony outside your room! People get into fights and yell all hours of the night. If you tell the front desk about it they blame you for not calling them sooner! Fights and screaming should not happen at all! Front desk employees treat customers with disrespect and criticize them to other employees. Staying at this Days Inn is a total waste of money. It's an extremely unsafe hotel for families with children.

28 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
We called upon the hotel lobby a couple of times for a remote. We never got one. Also, only the adults get free breakfast.
When arriving among the hotel, all of us felt very unsafe. We felt as it was a sketchy place.
The bathroom was poorly managed along with the beds. When we turned on the TV, it was all static. Our night’s sleep was the worst of them all. How could anyone ever sleep in here before! I would never comeback to this hotel, maybe at another Days Inn, but not this one.

35 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
I was told that my reservation was not booked properly when I checked in and then they charged me as a no-show for one night although I was there. I called the manager several times to have the charge reversed but he has yet to call me back (the stay was in August). I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Also, the website said that they had non-smoking rooms. But when I checked in, my room was full of smoke. When I asked to be switched to a non-smoking room I was told that they didn't have non-smoking rooms.
