40 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It was quiet, away from the road, and the back parking lot had only one narrow entrance, which was equipped with a rough speed bump. There was no way a thief or mugger would go there without either help or prior knowledge.
pros: clean, resonable rates, quietNice clean hotel to stay in when you're in town at resonable rates. Many restaurants within walking distance, and hotel is close to the exit for convenience.
