The hotel is pretty close to the Falls (5-10 mins walk, depending on your pace), but still you don't hear the outside noise, and there are not too many people around hotel.
Secure parking (free): you need the card to enter the parking lot, not sure about exiting, as we left near the end of the check out time, so the gate just opened for us when we got to it, and I didn't see a card reader on the way out (but it might be there).
Otherwise, the room (suite) was very clean, 1 lightbulb wasn't working and it was promptly changed.
The breakfast was minimal (which I knew beforehand), but they do have an agreement with some restaurant in the neighbourhood for $4 full breakfast. There is a sign in the breakfast area for the name of the restaurant, and menu of that full breakfast. The breakfast area is accross from reception desk. They also have outdoor patio where you can eat your breakfast, if you'd like. They actually had someone restocking bread and milk at 9:40am (the breakfast is until 10am), which I think was quite nice of them.
The check in was fast (<10mins), the checkout was a bit slower (~15mins), but most people were checking out at that time (~11am).
While there are plenty motels in the area, I recommend the hotel if you want to be close to the falls, but yet in a quiet place.
