Days Inn New York Hotel

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, beyond what one would expect of a Days Inn staff. Otherwise, it was exactly like every other Days Inn I've ever stayed at in the United States.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We needed to check in early so we could change for a wedding we were attending. Since our room was not ready, they put us in another room until ours was ready, then had housekeeping deliver the key to us and help us move from one room to the other.

First off, the carpet was very dirty and had old gum stuck on it. Their was a nice jacuzzi, but that did nothing to change the fact that there were roaches of all sizes all over the beds, walls, phone and tables.

The hotel did not wish to change our room, and whats worse was they outright refused to give us a refund.

All potential guests, please beware. This is no place for anyone. A hotel is supposed to be a place to be relaxed and comfortable. Would you feel comfortable with roaches crawling on you or an infant?

This is totally unacceptable.
