The location was great and the hotel had nice rooms.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The person taking the room orders was very nice.

not in a great section of town and I was suppose to get a non-smoking room, and i got a smoking room.

The night clerk was not very friendly.

The reservation was completely wrong and the staff was unfriendly and unwilling to resolve the problem they created. We called two weeks in advance to make the reservation and called again the day before arrival to confirm. We had requested a smoking room with a king bed and a non smoking room with a king bed. When we arrived at the time we stated we would, they had given away our rooms and they gave us two non smoking double rooms. I was told nothing could be done about this. I would not recommend this hotel, simply because of the attitude of the staff.

The hotel was fine, the staff was friendly and helpful.
