The bathroom was not particularly clean. I noticed some erosion of the tiles.

The hotel is in a good location, just off a major highway, and a few miles from the Palisades Mall. It has a friendly staff and large rooms, with nothing over the top.

I disliked the reservations phone system; the agent was not knowledgeable about locations and was rude. The hotel itself was comfortable and convenient. The people at the hotel were considerate and kind.
