It was nice, however, when we needed a cot it took a while for them to bring it and we could not get into the cot without it collapsing on us. Other than that, the breakfast was tasty.

There were numerous bugs (gnats?) in the room in late November. The furnishings and bed were not comfortable and the handicap accessible shower lacked a place to set the shower head for a normal shower. Would not go back there.

This property is not well maintained. While my pre-payment was honored quickly and efficiently, the rooms were in terrible shape-- peeling wallpaper, stained rugs, broken chairs, beds that sloped down to the middle of the mattress, moldy smells, and in the first room I was in, heavily applied deoderizer which set off my asthma. The service was fine, and the breakfast was generous, if all cold (bagels, donuts, fruit, coffee, juice, cereal, etc.).

I am disgusted at this hotel.

1) the customer service was horrible. As a customer service representative I was appalled at the service when I went in to register and then when I left at 4 am (6 hours earlier than I had planned).

2) The Jacuzzi suite is nothing more than a bathtub with jets in the bedroom. Maybe this should be stated a little more clearly in any hotel room descriptions

3) I had someone attempt to get into my room through the window at 2:30 am. The person left when my fiancée went to the window and stopped him. My fiancée called the desk after he calmed me down and the clerk on duty said he would look into it, of course we heard nothing after that.

4) Cleanliness is just not there. We saw many cockroaches in the room since after the incident in point 3, neither my fiancée or I could sleep.

So, at 4am we decided to check out, neither one of us felt safe and I would just rather sleep in my car than in that hotel. Upon checkout we were told we could not have a refund since we had been there since 2:30 in the afternoon. So I apparently I paid $146 just so I could have a dirty room and an uninvited guest. Please do yourselves a favor and ignore this hotel!

I was pleased with the very friendly and personable staff. The location is kind of loud, being just off the New York Thruway.
