The hotel staff was very helpful, polite, and curtosey on arrival. However after driving nine hours to attend a funeral the hotel itself was very inadequate. The first room we tried to lay our weiry heads down in was an adventure all alone at

Some best westerns don't allow pets so when the family travels together on business we have to stay at a non best western hotel. We'd prefer to stay at bw but am forced to go to the competetor.
