booked room at days inn, desk staff was very helpful and quick about getting us checked in . got great info about area, was able to park and walk most places. room was clean and quiet. housekeeper was helpful next day checking on us. first time...
The hotel was not that clean. Older rooms and bed linens. Also people were outside unpacking their cars at 10:30pm and acting like it was noon. They were yelling up to the rooms etc. The train horn goes off every 15 minutes to half an hour from 10pm until about midnight. Then again at 5am! Someone was swimming in the pool at 11:30pm. When do they think people want to sleep?
To say this place is a dump, is an understatement

Mediocre
The only thing this place has going is the location. Right downtown is nice, but I would sacrifice this for decent parking, quiet premises, clean room and a shower that wouldn't back up. Never stay here again.

I had trouble over my bill, they were not honoring the rate I found on the internet. The people who work there were pleasant, but ineffective. They had smelly rooms.
We like coming to this hotel because it is near the downtown. The rooms are just fine, the included breakfast is just fine, and they have a decent pool. The price is reasonable.
