The hotel needs to give guests what it advertises. There was no pool available, and no breakfast like advertised.

The help had attitude problems if you asked for anything. The light in the room didn't work, the bathroom was dirty, the back of the toilet didn't fit/match toilet, and the mirror was chipped/broken. The mattress was uncomfortable; I could feel the springs when I was lying down.
