58 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel clerk was not very friendly when we checked in. We paid for park and ride service to the airport. When we arrived back in Minneapolis, my husband called the hotel for the shuttle to pick us up and the female clerk was very rude and abrupt.
I am not likely
to return to the Days Inn Minneapolis-Airport.
I would not recommend it to friends.

My first thought was that I was greeted by a person that should have been home watching TV.
When my wife and I saw the unclean and small cold uninviting room that had an uncomfortable cheap bed we turned around and immediately left. We had booked this room with a vacation package and paid for two days at the price of $200.
This hotel was inexcusable in price and in quality and service.

I had a super dirty room. The icing on the cake was when we pulled the cover back on the bed and inside was a dirty pair of men's underwear (I assume from the last guest). Obviously they don't change the sheets there between guest stays. Do not go to this hotel. The staff never apologized once for this either when we complained!
