The room for breakfast was crowded. I loved the free newspapers! Coffee machines would be good, with a high volume of traffic getting in and out.

The hotel stay was enjoyable and the clerk at check-in was very helpful.
This hotel made me feel welcome: When they didn't have the exact room we wished, the clerk arranged for another couple to switch rooms with us, and they did! It made us very happy to be there.

The agents at the actual location were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. However, I thought the reservation agent over the phone was rude and poorly informed about hotel locations and amenities.
This hotel made me feel welcome: We were provided with snacks and drinks and told about the breakfast.
