Days Inn Miami Airport Hotel Hotel - Page 2

It was very convenient for those going on a cruise out of the Port of Miami with free shuttle service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant had very good food.

This hotel made me feel entertained: The front desk person was very funny and always brought a smile to our faces whenever we walked by.

The only thing we did not like was that it took forty five minutes for the shuttle to show up at the airport and that no one answered the phone when we tried to call from the airport.

The room did not look as advertised and the staff was not very helpful.

I didn't like the hotel's high price and poor security. Also, the restaurant hours were not accommodating.

The staff at the Days Inn in Florida was rude and treated us like we were in their way. I stay at Days Inn in Colorado and they have never treated us this way. Days Inn needs to provide better training for all their employees on the importance of the customer and their feelings.

The room was a disaster with broken locks, the room safe didn't work, but they charged me anyway. The room was not always cleaned up; they gave excuses that we were there when we were not. It was a bad experience in all. It was very dirty. Plus, they had undesirable types as clients.

The Day's Inn we stayed at in Miami had the worst shuttle service that I have ever experienced. The man was rude and when we called for a taxi to take us to where we had to go because they said we couldn't use the shuttle; he gave the driver a hard time.
