59 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel was dirty, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the carpet was lumpy and was pulling away from the wall, the hair dryer worked off and on, and we weren't sure that the bedding was clean. Our friends found a hair in their bed. Other guests that we spoke to were just as appalled as we were. One lady was trying to find somewhere else to stay, she said that she was scared to stay there. We felt like we had to put furniture up against the doors to feel safe. This was one of the worst places that we have ever stayed in. The walls were dirty, the whole place didn't look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. There wasn't anything appealing about this place. We'd like our money back!

to return to the Days Inn Melrose Park/O Hare South.
I would not recommend it to friends.
