47 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Our stay was January 17th-24th 2008. We also were joined by our family members on this trip, Their first time on the islands.
My other half and I travel the islands every year and have enjoyed our stay until this hotel'The rooms were quite small, outdated hair dryers, hot rooms, they advertise wireless internet service and that is one huge lie, we had no service the entire time there, and even tho we notified the front desk immediately, they did nothing to correct the problem There is a restaurant located on property and was IMPOSSIBLE to get parking for our rooms, the other lot opposite the hotel was IMPOSSIBLE to park in.
The laundry room was hot and machines not working. No beach towels when we requested them.
You had to attend a seminar by Expedia in order to receive a free breakfast. I warn all customers who are even remotely thinking about this place to PLEASE reconsider, the concerige was not truthful and only cared about the commission she made from sales to guests, we were sucked in for 900.00 and so was our additional family for 900.00 and we received lousy service on all events.
We had read the reviews before we booked through Yahoo travel and should have listened to our instincts. The Best Western chain has certain policies that they are to follow even if independently owned and this was awful from beginning to end.
I am a wedding coordinator and floral designer for the past 18 years and I will NEVER recommend this hotel.
