Days Inn Loves Park Motel - Page 1

Overall, I had a good experience with Days Inn. I did experience some difficulty when I needed to change my reservation days. Their customer service people had me jumping through all sorts of hoops. Customer Service had me call the hotel direct to change my reservations, and when I called the hotel, they said I needed to talk to Customer Service. This went on several times until I finally demanded to talk to a supervisor in Customer Service.

It was a good location because it was the only hotel right off the interstate in that location and it was right down the road from my friends/family that I was visiting. The only problem we had was that the wireless Internet for our room didn't work.
